Reliable quick-opening device
Using computer aided design, the force analysis of the structure of the autoclave door was carried out. The medium and small size autoclave was opened by cross arm and driven by hydraulic pressure to realize fast and stable opening and closing.

Unique annular duct structure
The annular duct + bottom duct is used as the whole duct to make the hot air in the tank flow fully to every corner, which enhances the uniformity of temperature and improves the working efficiency.

Superior heating system
The main heating system is arranged at the front end of the inlet of the centrifugal fan, so that each part of the heating pipe can fully exchange geothermal energy with the circulating air. The air duct in the bottom area is an auxiliary heating system, which plays a heating role to avoid thermal stress damage caused by uneven heat exchange at the bottom caused by the natural rise of hot air.

Advantages of tail screen duct
A uniquely designed tail-screen air duct balances and enhances the airflow at the back of the autoclave to and from the work area, making it the first choice for heating and cooling valuable components that are sensitive to temperature uniformity.

The unique cooler structure completely solves the problem of thermal expansion and contraction
The water discharge structure of the cooler is a unique U-shaped structure. One end is the water inlet, the other end is the water outlet, and the bend end of the U-shape can be freely telescoped, which can avoid the problem of water drain weld pulling caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the cooler.

Fully sealed frequency conversion circulating fan to prevent oil leakage and air leakage

Multiple security protection
