Application and principle of curing furnace

The curing process of carbon fiber epoxy composite material is the process of heating and pressurizing the prefabricated component into the curing furnace (or autoclave), which is the process of combining the thermosetting resin with the fiber to form the composite structural component.

Composite curing furnace is mainly used for hot pressing curing of non-metallic composite products. The device can achieve heat curing molding in the case of vacuuming composite products. Curing furnace is the key process equipment for the molding of polymer matrix composite components. The curing furnace molding process is to seal the composite blank, honeycomb sandwich structure, or bonded structure on the mold with a vacuum bag, placed in the curing furnace, in the vacuum (or non-vacuum) state, through the temperature, heat preservation (medium temperature or high temperature), cooling process, so that it becomes the required shape and quality state of the product forming process. The curing of composite matrix resin is related not only to the molecular structure of resin, but also to other components (curing agent, crosslinking accelerator, etc.). External conditions ------ temperature, pressure and time factors play an important role in curing, usually called these three factors as the main process parameters, all curing molding process methods must be based on the molecular structure of the matrix resin to determine its corresponding technical parameters, curing furnace must have the function of controlling these process parameters.
